Monthly Dues Structure
Members pay monthly dues that contribute to a collective financial bucket. At the end of each month, this bucket is redistributed to members based on their contributions:

- Administrative Support - Coordination and oversight
- Mentoring - Training and knowledge sharing
Dues amount is determined by membership vote and may change over time.
